Flowsanityfor agencies

Every client's n8n on one screen. Before the client calls.

You built the workflows. Now you carry them: expired credentials at 3am, webhooks that stop firing, syncs that run green while records go missing. Flowsanity watches all of your clients' instances in one place, fixes what you approve, and sends each client a monthly report with your name on it.

The part of the retainer nobody prices in

The build takes weeks. The retainer runs for years.

Your clients pay you for automations that keep running. Which means every credential that expires, every API that changes its response, every schema that drifts is a ticket on your desk, usually reported by the client and usually at the worst time. Twenty clients, forty workflows each, and the person on call is you.

The failures that cost the most never look like failures. In one of our own projects, a sync ran green for days while 36 of 49 records silently dropped. Nobody's dashboard caught it. The client did. Green doesn't mean working, and the client remembers who missed it.

How it works for agencies

One watcher for all clients, rules per client.

01 · connect

Add each client instance

Cloud or self-hosted, read-only API key per client. No workflow changes, about 15 minutes each. Credentials stay in the client's n8n.

02 · watch

Failures, silence, and green lies

Crashes, runs that stop coming, and runs that finish green but stop delivering. Every client on one board, alerts routed to the person who owns that account.

03 · resolve and report

Fix on approval, report monthly

Plain-language diagnosis, a proposed fix, your approval, per client. Once approved, the same failure heals itself next time. Each month, every client gets a report you can forward as is: runs, incidents caught, time saved.

Why not a €30 alert tool? An alert tells you something returned an error. It doesn't see the run that finished green with half the records missing, it doesn't tell you why, it doesn't fix anything, and it doesn't write the report your client reads. That is the hour per client per month the retainer never pays for.

FAQ

The short answers

Does it touch my clients' workflows?
Read-only until you approve a fix. Each client has its own rules; a fix approved for one client never applies to another. Every action is logged and revocable.
Can my clients see it?
Only what you send them: the monthly report carries your agency's name, not ours. You decide whether to mention Flowsanity at all.
Self-hosted client instances?
Yes. Cloud and self-hosted, mixed fleets included.
Who is the human on the line?
The person who built this and runs n8n for German SMEs himself. Response by the next business day, not a 24/7 hotline.
GDPR?
EU hosting, a DPA as part of the pilot contract, and execution metadata by default: which node failed, the error, how many records moved. Not the record contents, and never the credentials.
When does it start?
Agency pilot in October 2026, with five agencies. Reserving costs nothing; you get a concrete offer within 24 hours.
